The MSU Alumni Club of West Michigan announces the 11th Annual Steve Smith Charity Challenge

LANSING, MI—The MSU Alumni Club of West Michigan’s 11th Annual Steve Smith Charity Challenge will be held June 29th, 2009!

The golf outing will take place at Egypt Valley Country Club near Grand Rapids, Michigan. All proceeds from this years outing will support The Steve Smith Scholarship Fund, the MSU Alumni Club of Mid-Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Public Schools Student Advancement Foundation.

A dinner and awards ceremony, including silent and live-auctions of various sports memorabilia, gifts, and vacation packages, will follow the 18-hole four-person golf scramble. Many special guests, including MSU varsity coaches, members of the MSU Board of Trustees, and Steve Smith himself, will attend the day’s events.
